If you want to move money from your Dasher account to your bank account, there’s an easy way to do that, too. It takes just a few extra steps, but if you’re willing to do them, you’ll be able to transfer the funds easily and quickly instead of waiting until your next pay day. Follow the steps below and you’ll be able to complete your money transfer in no time at all.

Step 1: Register a Dasher Direct account

First, you’ll need a Dasher account. You can register for one here. Once you have an account, select Account Settings and then click on Tax Information to get started. (If you haven’t already updated your tax information, do that now as well.) Then click I want my money directly deposited into my bank account. Complete your information and then check back with your bank and make sure they have all of your personal information.

Step 2: Link your bank account with your Dasher Direct account.

Before you can transfer money, it’s important that you link your bank account with your Dasher Direct account. This will ensure that money doesn’t get stuck in limbo while moving between accounts. First, log into your Dasher Direct account and click on Transfer Funds on the left-hand side of your screen. Then select Link a New Bank Account and enter all of your information as requested by Dasher Direct. Once you have linked your bank account, you are ready to start transferring funds!

Step 3: Add funds to your Dasher Direct Debit MasterCard®.

You can add funds to your account online or at any ATM worldwide. Funding your account online is quick and easy. After you log in, click on Add Funds on the top right of your screen. You’ll then see a screen that lists all of our available load amounts ranging from $20-$1,000. Click on Load Now and use our convenient drop down menu to choose your card type and amount. Once you’ve chosen an amount, enter in a dollar value for each card type that you would like to load (only up to 5 cards per transaction). Then hit Submit!

Step 4: Choose where you want the money transferred.

You can transfer money from your Dasher account to a U.S.-based checking or savings account. You’ll need your bank routing number and bank account number, along with some other information that may depend on your specific financial institution. Be sure to contact your bank ahead of time if you are unsure how much it will cost you in fees.

Step 5: Select which bills you’d like to pay on time, every time.

If you’re currently paying late fees, it may be because you’re not sure exactly when your bills are due. In that case, making a list of your recurring payments (and their due dates) is a must. Some businesses will allow you to make automatic payments directly from your bank account or credit card. If that’s an option for you, go for it!

Final Thoughts

There are no fees for transferring money within Dasher. If you’re transferring money outside of Dasher, you will be charged a 3% foreign transaction fee by your bank. Fees vary depending on which bank you use; we recommend checking with your bank for more information.
